Please join us in celebrating David Orme’s retirement from C&B! David joined the C&B team in 2019 as Chief of Operations after leaving DP&L as VP of Operations at Stuart and Killan Power Stations.  He came during a critical junction in the history of C&B as our organization was rapidly expanding operations and services provided.  He navigated us through this expansion, the COVID pandemic, and numerous trials.

David transitioned to Vice President of Administration in 2024, overseeing Energy Services contracting and billing as well as administering the Covington Office.  He was instrumental in the acquisition of Mill Services at Nucor, the diffuser pipe installations at Ghent and Mill Creek Power Stations, the demolition of Tanner’s Creek Power Station, the Racine Lock & Dam tainter gate repairs, and countless other Energy Services projects.

We are incredibly grateful for his dedication, leadership, and significant contributions at C&B.  He will be remembered for his friendly and respectful disposition.  We wish him a retirement that is every bit as successful, rewarding, and fulfilling as his career has been.  He will be greatly missed by everyone at the C&B family!
